  • High Pressure (10cfm) Air Compressor
  • High Volume, Low Pressure, Positive Displacement Blower
  • Adjustable Air Pressure Valve
  • Blower Check Valve: prevents fiber backup.
  • Remote Control: with 125' cable, (Double Clutch)
  • Amp, Tachometer, Hour Gauge (gasoline version).
  • Volt and Amp Gauges (electric version)
  • Safety Guards: cover moving parts.
  • 125' of Liquid/Air Hose: with quick connectors.
  • Hinged Hopper Door: converts to convenient shelf for loading fibers into machine.
  • Optional: built up hopper.
  • Built-in Chain Tensioners
  • Quick Change 4"-3" Outlet
Exclusive Patented Features
  1. Specially Engineered Hopper Design Allows easy loading and minimizes fiber breakdown.
  2. Ten Rod Fiber Transfer System The industry's most Efficient; controls fiber flow from Hopper to Material Conditioning Chamber.
  3. Material Conditioning Chamber Transforms fibers into soft, floating particles by utilizing forced air expansion. Double agitator, steel plate construction, welded in one unit. Easy access through large Plexiglas window.
  4. Double Macro Material Adjustment Gates Provides precise volume and rate control of fibers sent from material conditioning chamber to airlock chamber. Adjustment precision to 1/16" (1.6mm).
  5. Airlock Chamber Rotary type 1/8" (9.5mm) vanes send material directly into airstream. 1/4" (6.35mm) steel construction, outlet diameters 3" and 4" (76mm & 101mm). Provides maximum productivity and versatility for all types of fibers.
  6. Fiberiffic Mixing Mechanism Lightweight, easy to use, mixing chamber generating and controlling foam/fiber mix. Ensures total encapsulation of the fibers.

Technical Data
  Output
  • Spray On- Approx. 3000 board ft./hr. (3000 sq ft. @ 1"/hr.)
